On November 27, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for the positions of judges in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

Please be reminded that, 40 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 22 vacant judge positions at the Chernihiv Court of Appeal.
The panel interviewed all candidates for the Chernihiv Court of Appeal: 25 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in a general court of appeal, 9 candidates failed to confirm it, and 6 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission.
