On March 02, 2025, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of secondment and early termination of secondment of judges.
The Commission decided to submit a motion to the High Council of Justice with a recommendation to early terminate the secondment of 12 judges of the Artemivskyi City-Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast to the Druzhkivskyi Town Court of Donetsk Oblast and to second them for a period of one year, namely:
- Tetiana Davydovska to Brovarskyi City-Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast;
- Ruslan Dubovyk to the Bahliyskyy Raion Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast;
- Oksana Lapchenko to Kyiv-Sviatoshyn Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast;
- Oleksandr Liubchyk to Poltavskyi Raion Court of Poltava Oblast;
- Nina Medintseva to the Brovarskyi City-Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast;
- Nataliia Rybkina to the Skvyrskyi Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast;
- Liliia Khomchenko to the Zhovtnevyi District Court of Kryvyi Rih;
- Olena Khudina to the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Zaporizhzhia City;
- Olha Fedoriv to the Lychakivskyi District Court of Lviv City;
- Oleksandr Feniak to the Zhytomyrskyi Raion Court of Zhytomyr Oblast;
- Nataliia Frolova to the Zhytomyrskyi Raion Court of Zhytomyr Oblast;
- Liliia Shevchenko to the Derhachivskyi Raion Court of Kharkiv Oblast.
Also, in connection with the change in the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a motion recommending the secondment of a judge of Vuhledarskyi Town Court of Donetsk Oblast Olha Luneva to Dnipropetrovskyi Raion Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast for a one-year term.
