The Commission’s Decision № 13/zp-25 of January 15, 2025, approved the form and content of the application for participation in the selection of a local court judge and amended the questionnaire of a candidate for the position of a judge, the form and content of which was approved by the Commission’s Decision № 121/zp-23 of November 02, 2023.
We would like to draw the attention of persons planning to participate in the selection process to the fact that this application should indicate the specialisation of the court (one or more at the candidate’s choice):
- administrative specialisation;
- administrative and commercial specialisation;
- administrative and general (civil and criminal) specialisation;
- administrative, commercial and general (civil and criminal) specialisation;
- commercial specialisation;
- commercial and general (civil and criminal) specialisation;
- general (civil and criminal) specialisation.
Please note, that the application and the questionnaire are to be filled in and submitted in the electronic cabinet on the Commission’s website.
