On November 6, 2024, the plenary meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of recommendations for appointment to the positions of judges.
The judges passed the qualification evaluation and were recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position held.
Taking into account the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission decided to recommend:
- Ihor Chornyi for appointment as a judge of the Zdolbunivskyi Raion Court of Rivne Oblast;
- Andrii Buchynskyi for appointment as a judge of the Verkhovynskyi Raion Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast.
