On September 04, 2024, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of recommending Dmytro Myroshnychenko for appointment as a judge of the Oleksandrivskyi Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast.
A judge who has been appointed for a term of five years before the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (regarding Judiciary)” shall be evaluated for congruence for the position in accordance with the procedure established by law.
The judge passed the qualification evaluation and was recognized by the Commission as congruent for the position. Taking into account the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission decided to make a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to appoint Dmytro Myroshnychenko as a judge of the Oleksandrivskyi Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast.
