Results of the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in Panel № 2 on August 08, 2024

Three members of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine participated in the meeting of Panel № 2: LyudmylaVolkova, Roman Kydysiuk, Ruslan Sydorovych.

1. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, based on the results of the dossier study, interview and determination of the results of the qualification evaluation of judges for their suitability with the position held, decided:

1.1 To determine that the judge of the Velykonovosilkivskyi Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast Larysa Fysun scored 711.125 points in the qualification evaluation for the position held.

To recognize the judge of the Velykonovosilkivskyi Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast Larysa Fysun as suitable for the position held.

1. 2. To determine that the judge of the Apostolivskyy Raion Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Nataliia Semenova has scored 589.625 points in the qualification evaluation for the position held. 

To recognize the judge of the Apostolivskyy Raion Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Nataliia Semenova as not suitable for the position held.

To submit a proposal to the High Council of Justice to dismiss the judge of the Apostolivskyy Raion Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Nataliia Semenova from her position.
