The meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was attended by three members of the Commission: Mykhailo Bohonis, Yaroslav Dukh, Oleksii Omelian.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to determine that the judge of the Liubarskyi Raion Court of Zhytomyr Oblast Pavlo Hutsal scored 671 points in the qualification evaluation for suitability with the position held.
To submit for consideration of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in plenary session the issue of suitability of the judge of the Liubarskyi Raion Court of Zhytomyr Oblast Pavlo Hutsal with the position held in accordance with paragraph 123 of the Rules of Procedure of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine as amended on January 11, 2024.
To inform the National Agency on Corruption Prevention of circumstances that may indicate a violation of the legislation on prevention of corruption by the judge of the Liubarskyi Raion Court of Zhytomyr Oblast Pavlo Hutsal.
A copy of the decision shall be sent to the National Agency on Corruption Prevention.
