High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine received international technical assistance from the USAID “Justice for All” Program

16.07.2024

In July 2024, the Commission and the USAID “Justice for All” Program signed an agreement on the transfer of international technical assistance as 4 servers and 15 Hewlett Packard switches.

This substantial technical upgrade will contribute to enhancing information security and improving the functioning of the Commission’s local network infrastructure.

The international technical assistance provided under the Protocol of Cooperation between the HQCJU and the USAID Program is an important step in strengthening the Commission’s external and internal information systems. It will ensure the sustainability of the body, its independence and enhance its institutional capacity, which is a key to the effective performance of justice-related tasks.

The Commission highly appreciates the long-term support of the USAID Program. Such assistance is an important contribution to the development of the HQCJU and ensuring its stable operation.

The USAID “Justice for All” Program has been actively supporting the Ukrainian judiciary for many years, providing assistance in various forms, including training, technical support, and modern equipment. This cooperation contributes to strengthening the rule of law in Ukraine and ensuring access to fair justice for all citizens.

It is worth recalling that on September 08, 2023, the Commission and the Program signed a Protocol of Cooperation on implementation of the USAID “Justice for All” Program under the international technical assistance.
