The meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was attended by three members of the Commission: Oleksii Omelian, Andrii Pasichnyk, Roman Sabodash.
- Based on the results of the interview with the winner of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced by the Commission’s decision of September 14, 2023, № 95/zp-23, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to recommend the appointment of Roman Topikha as a judge of the Novozavodskyi District Court of Chernihiv City.
- The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine included in the list of issues the question “On participation of Ilona Kaminska in the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced by the Commission’s decision of September 14, 2023, № 95/zp-23”.
The Commission decided to postpone the consideration of this issue.
