On February 15, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in Panels, held interviews with nine winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced on September 14, 2023.
Based on the results of the interviews, the Commission decided to recommend for the appointment:
- Borys Zamikula for appointment to the position of a judge of the Moskovskyi District Court of Kharkiv City;
- Solomiia Ivasenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Starosambirskyi Raion Court of Lviv Oblast;
- Mykola Pylypchuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Lubenskyi City-Raion Court of Poltava Oblast;
- Olena Rybachuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Horodotskyi Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast;
- Anna Riabchun for appointment to the position of a judge of the Berezivskyi Raion Court of Odessa Oblast;
- Andrii Kashchak for appointment to the position of a judge of the Domanivskyi Raion Court of Mykolayiv Oblast;
- Viacheslav Kinder for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kyivskyi District Court of Kharkiv City;
- Iryna Ivanytska for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kirovskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk City.
The recommendation to appoint Olha Zhoha as a judge of the Skvyrskyi Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast was rejected.
