At the meeting of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held on October 25, 2023, the Commission considered the issue of recommending Andrii Kulikov for transfer to another court.
Based on the results of the meeting, the Commission decided to recommend Andrii Kulykov for transfer to the position of a judge of the Dnipropetrovs'k District Administrative Court.
It is worth reminding that the legislator has vested the Commission with the authority to determine the organizational basis for the transfer of judge Andrii Kulykov of the liquidated military court of the Dnipro garrison to another court of the same level without competition in connection with the liquidation and termination of this court.
