For those who intend to return their applications and documents, we remind you that they can be obtained in person at the premises of the Commission (Kyiv, 9 General Shapoval Str., room 113) on working days: Monday – Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Friday from 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., upon presentation of an identity document.
First of all, it is necessary to send a written request to the Commission, which should include the surname, first name and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay), details of the identity document (passport of a citizen of Ukraine), briefly state the essence of the issue, put the date and signature.
Military servicemen who are unable to come in person and wish to receive documents by mail must send an application to the Commission with a copy of a document confirming the fact of military service.
For candidates who are not judges, applications and documents will be sent by postal means on the basis of a notarized consent indicating the address to be sent to prevent the dissemination of personal data.
