Following the results of the competition for courts of appeal announced by the Commission on 14 September 2023, by Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 985/2026 of 30 September 2026, one judge was appointed to the Odesa Court of Appeal, based on the recommendation of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine dated 8 June 2026:
