On April 28, 2026, during the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a panel conducted interviews and determined the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for the positions of judges at the Lviv Court of Appeal.
According to the results of the qualification assessment, Andrii Yakymiv scored 664,03 points. The issue of confirming his ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal is to be submitted for consideration by the Commission in plenary session.
Consideration of the issues concerning Liubomyr Vynar and Halyna Bilosevych has been postponed.
Please be reminded that 55 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 28 vacant positions of judges at the Lviv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 30 candidates: 18 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 6 failed to confirm it, and 6 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. One candidate withdrew from the competition.
