
On 30 September 2026, at the session of a panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for judicial positions at the Kyiv Court of Appeal were determined.
Following the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

Please be reminded, that 93 candidates applied for participation in the competition for 45 vacant judicial positions at the Kyiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 74 candidates for the Kyiv Court of Appeal: 32 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 30 candidates failed to confirm it, and interviews with 12 candidates will be held in the plenary composition of the Commission. Four candidates terminated their participation in the competition.
