On 30 September 2026, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of confirming the ability of one candidate for judicial position to administer justice in the general court of appeal was considered.
Following the session, Svitlana Sharenko confirmed her ability to administer justice at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.
It should be recalled that 62 candidates applied for participation in the competition for 47 vacant judicial positions at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 56 candidates: 39 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 14 candidates did not confirm it, and interviews with 3 candidates will be held in the plenary composition of the Commission. Four candidates terminated their participation in the competition.
