On July 17, 2026, the panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has established the results of the special background check in respect of Yuliia Bosenko, a candidate for the position of a judge of the local administrative court, within the selection procedure announced by the Commission on December 11, 2024.
Based on the results of the special background check, the Commission received no information indicating that Yuliia Bosenko failed to meet the requirements for a candidate for the position of a judge of the local court.
Please be reminded that on April 01, 2026 the Commission approved the overall results of the qualification exam in the local administrative court specialisation taken by candidates for the position of a judge of the local court and by judges who had expressed their intention to be transferred to other local courts. A total of 263 candidates for the position of a judge of the local administrative court who achieved the passing score in the qualification exam were admitted to the special background check.
Please be informed that the Commission established the results of the special background check for 58 candidates for positions of judges in local administrative courts on July 08, 2026, for 93 candidates on July 10, 2026, and for 69 candidates on July 14, 2026.
