At the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held on August 04, 2026, recommendations were made for appointments to positions of judges at the Lviv Court of Appeal.
Following the results of the competition announced by the Commission on
September 14, 2023, recommendations were issued for 28 winners, namely:

- Andrii Lazor;
- Ihor Maksymiv;
- Yuliia Markiv;
- Volodymyr Marmash;
- Yuliia Navrotska;
- Oksana Panchak;
- Andrii Pomohaiev;
- Vitalii Radchenko;
- Mykhailo Rybii;
- Andrii Savchak;
- Nadiia Stashkiv;

The Commission issued recommendations for appointment to all 28 vacant positions of judges at the Lviv Court of Appeal for which the competition had been announced. Interviews are currently underway with candidates for the Kyiv, Kharkiv and Rivne Courts of Appeal.
