Following consideration of the recommendations of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine and the submissions of the High Council of Justice, 13 judges were appointed to the courts of appeal and local courts on July 30, 2026 by Decrees of the President of Ukraine Nos. 641/2026–653/2026 (in Ukrainian).
12 candidates were appointed following the results of the competition for the courts of appeal, announced by the Commission on September 14, 2023:
- Oleh Ilnytskyi to the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on August 15, 2025);
- Kristina Kolomarenko to the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on December 22, 2025);
- Daryna Kolts to the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on December 22, 2025);
- Ivan Kotubeі to the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on December 08, 2025);
- Lidiia Kravchenko to the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on December 22, 2025);
- Kostiantyn Mashkov to the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on December 22, 2025);
- Mykola Moroz to the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on August 15, 2025);
- Maksym Narolskyi to the Western Commercial Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on August 15, 2025);
- Artem Sukhovarov to the Central Commercial Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on August 15, 2025);
- Vasyl Truskavetskyi to the Western Commercial Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on August 15, 2025);
- Oksana Chebotarenko to the Zhytomyr Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on September 29, 2025);
- Oksana Yareshko to the Central Commercial Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on August 15, 2025).
One person has been appointed following the results of the competition for local courts, announced by the Commission on July 02, 2019:
- Olena Molchan to the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv City (recommended for the position of a judge on August 07, 2019).
