Following the competition for appellate courts announced by the Commission on
14 September 2023, two judges were appointed by Decrees of the President of Ukraine dated 18 September 2026 Nos. 947/2026–948/2026:
- Ihor Vasyliuk to the Central Commercial Court of Appeal (recommended for appointment as a judge on 15 August 2025);
- Oleksandr Tomashevskyi to the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal (recommended for appointment as a judge on 20 May 2026).
