On 30 September 2026, at a session of a panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of two candidates for judicial positions at the Poltava Court of Appeal were determined.

In total, interviews were conducted with 9 candidates: 5 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 2 failed to confirm it, and 2 candidates await interviews in the plenary composition of the Commission. One candidate terminated participation in the competition.
