Following consideration of the recommendations of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine and submissions of the High Council of Justice, on 15 September 2026, by Decrees of the President of Ukraine Nos. 911/2026–914/2026 and Nos. 920/2026–930/2026, 15 judges were appointed to local and appellate courts:
Nine judges whose judicial powers had ceased due to the expiry of their five-year term of appointment:
- Serhii Antonov, Judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Poltava;
- Larysa Bezler, Judge of the Zavodskyi District Court of Zaporizhzhia;
- Zhanna Vasylykha, Judge of the Svaliava District Court of Zakarpattia Oblast;
- Olena Izovitova-Vakim, Judge of the Kharkiv Circuit Administrative Court;
- Oleksandr Miroshnychenko, Judge of the Lyman City Court of Donetsk Oblast;
- Oleksandr Naumov, Judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Zaporizhzhia;
- Dmytro Samoilenko, Judge of the Fortechnyi District Court of Kropyvnytskyi;
- Olha Khlystunenko, Judge of the Metalurhiinyi District Court of Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast;
- Olha Shevchenko, Judge of the Verkhnodniprovsk District Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
As a result of the competition for positions at local administrative and local commercial courts, announced by the Commission on 9 August 2019, the following candidate was appointed:
- Kristina Aleksandrenko – to the Commercial Court of Kyiv.
Five candidates were appointed following the competition for positions at appellate courts, announced by the Commission on 14 September 2023:
- Yuliia Bokova – to the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal (recommended for appointment as a judge on 15.08.2025);
- Denys Voronkov – to the Sumy Court of Appeal (recommended for appointment as a judge on 29.09.2025);
- Nataliia Dubchak – to the Zakarpattia Court of Appeal (recommended for appointment as a judge on 08.12.2025);
- Hanna Lebedieva – to the Fifth Administrative Court of Appeal (recommended for appointment as a judge on 15.08.2025);
- Hanna Ponomarova – to the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal (recommended for appointment as a judge on 15.08.2025).
