The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has endorsed the Methodological Recommendations on Conducting the Regular Assessment of Judges and the training programmes for judges and representatives of public associations on regular assessment, developed by the National School of Judges of Ukraine in accordance with the Regulation on the Regular Assessment of a Judge, approved by Commission Decision No. 181/zp-25 of 29 September 2025.
Under the provisions of this Regulation, judges and representatives of public associations participating in the regular assessment are required to complete the relevant training courses at the National School of Judges of Ukraine and familiarise themselves with the Methodological Recommendations.
The procedure for the participation of representatives of public associations in the regular assessment is set out in Section V of the Regulation.
Information on the submission of applications by public associations for participation in the regular assessment of judges, as well as the documents required for this purpose, will be published on the Commission’s official website in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine plans to commence the regular assessment of judges in the first quarter of 2027.
