On 30 September 2026, a panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine conducted an interview as part of the qualification assessment of a local court judge for suitability for the position held.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment for suitability for the position held, Oleksandr Karmazin, a judge of the Kyiv District Administrative Court, scored 545.5 points.
The Commission found the judge to be not suitable for the position held and decided to submit a motion to the High Council of Justice for his dismissal from office.
