On September 01, 2026, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of recommending Dmytro Diachenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Prymorskyi District Court of Mariupol City, Donetsk Oblast, was considered.
The suitability for the position of a judge appointed for a term of five years prior to the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (Regarding Justice)” must be assessed in accordance with the procedure established by law.
The judge has undergone the qualification assessment and has been recognised by the Commission as being suitable for the position held. Taking into account the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission has decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice regarding the appointment of Dmytro Diachenko to the position of a judge of the Prymorskyi District Court of Mariupol City, Donetsk Oblast.
