On August 12, 2026, the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of early termination of the secondment of Tetiana Shuvalova, a judge of the Donetsk District Administrative Court, who had been seconded to the Zhytomyr District Administrative Court.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission decided to submit a proposal to the High Council of Justice recommending the early termination of the secondment of Tetiana Shuvalova, a judge of the Donetsk District Administrative Court to the Zhytomyr District Administrative Court and, at the same time, to submit a proposal to the High Council of Justice recommending her secondment to the Kyiv District Administrative Court.
